Returns Policy

1 The Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) 2000 states that the buyer has a cooling off period in which they can withdraw from the purchase for any reason except condition 8.4. The cooling off period begins as soon as the order has been made and ends seven working days after the day of receipt of the goods. A request for a refund must be made in writing to Delyn Glass within 7 working days of receipt of your order. The DSR does not apply to business customers or wholesale orders.
2 Where goods are being returned under the DSR, the buyer must return the goods to Delyn Glass at their own cost. On request, Delyn Glass will arrange for the goods to be collected and the cost of recovery (postal or courier charges) will be invoiced to the buyer.
3 Should the buyer not return the goods or arrange for the goods to be collected within 7 working days of receipt of your order, the buyer will lose their DSR rights and will have no right to an immediate refund except for condition 8.7. 
4 We regret that we are unable to refund the cost of products made to a customer's specification or items that have to be specially made for the buyer unless the item is faulty and beyond repair by  Delyn Glass. Where goods are obviously faulty, Delyn Glass will aim to repair the item and can only refund the original purchase price if the item is beyond repair. 
5 Bespoke items that in the view of Delyn Glass, could possibly be resold may be returned subject to a 20% restocking fee.
6 The decision of Delyn Glass is final.
7 Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
